1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons (November - December), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully package your wooden products.


2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES (USA OR YOUR REGION)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic deliveries:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 or Free for orders over $50 | Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 | Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

(You can adjust rates and delivery times based on your location.)


3. ORDER DEADLINES FOR TIMELY DELIVERY

To ensure your wooden items arrive in time for holidays or special occasions, please place your orders by the following dates:

  • Standard Shipping: Order by December 10th
  • Expedited Shipping: Order by December 15th

Orders placed after these cut-off dates may not arrive on time.


4. HOW TO CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at warwickpqk9@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.


5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.


6. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

We take great care when packaging our wooden products, but accidents can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We handle each case individually to ensure a satisfactory solution.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: [Store Name] is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
